All services at Aarna VIP Spa require advance booking. Walk-ins are subject to availability. Appointments can be booked via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
2. Payment Terms
Payment can be made in cash, card, or UPI at the spa.
Full payment is required at the time of service unless a prior arrangement or membership is in place.
Partial payments or advance deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the appointment.
Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.
No-shows may incur a service charge or forfeiture of any advance payment.
4. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before service.
Pregnant clients, those with high blood pressure, or other health concerns should consult a physician before booking certain massages.
The spa follows strict hygiene protocols. All towels, sheets, and tools are sanitized for each client.
5. Age Restrictions
All spa services are available only to individuals aged 18 years and above. Minors require parental consent and supervision for specific services.
6. Conduct & Responsibility
Clients are expected to maintain appropriate conduct during their visit.
The spa is not responsible for loss of personal items; please keep valuables secure.
Any damage to spa property caused by a client will be billed accordingly.
7. Liability
Aarna VIP Spa and its staff are not liable for injuries, allergies, or reactions resulting from services if health conditions were not disclosed or ignored.
8. Gift Vouchers & Memberships
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for the period mentioned on the voucher.
Membership benefits cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
