1. Booking and Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Clients are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unavoidable circumstances with prior notice.

2. Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking or service completion, as applicable.
Partial payments may be accepted only if pre-arranged with management.
We accept cash, UPI, and online payments as specified on our website.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the appointment to avoid charges.
No-shows may result in the full charge of the scheduled service.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Health and Safety

Clients should inform therapists about any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the session.
Aarna VIP Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health issues.
We maintain a hygienic and sanitized environment for the safety of all clients and staff.

5. Service Experience

We aim to provide a luxurious and relaxing experience, but results may vary depending on individual needs.
Clients are expected to respect spa staff and property; abusive behavior may result in refusal of service.
